Dog Pounder

This is Bert. He is the dog of Stan Lee. Like any dog, he is curious and usually sneaks in on Stan when he’s drawing a new superhero. Inspired by the art, Bert imagines he is his own superhero, the Dog Pounder! The Dog Pounder is super intelligent, trained in every form of canine fu, has super hearing, a super bark, and really hates cats… and his sidekick Pup, who is always getting in the way. In his imagination, Bert goes on many daring adventures to save his city of Dogtropollis!

I was experimenting drawing dogs one day, noticing I have yet to master dogs with short ears. It looks like I still have a long way to go, but I think I’m getting better with the muscle tone! Awesome!
